Claims for damaged / missing items must be received within two (2)
business days of receipt of merchandise.
» To receive a refund or credit,
products must be returned with shipping and insurance pre-paid in
as-new condition, in original packaging, and with all components,
manuals and accessories. Any variance from these conditions could
result in delay or forfeiture of your refund.
» If any of the above conditions
are not met, Digital Foci reserves the right to refuse the return
or charge a restock fee of not less than 15%, at our sole discretion.
» All returns are subject to a 15% restocking
fee.
» Shipping charges
are not refundable.
» Any blister packed items or products
that come in hard plastic wrap can only be returned if unopened and
in original condition.
» Exchanges and refunds will be
processed after we receive your return. You will be credited or refunded
the price that you paid for the item plus any sales tax that you may
have paid.
» Please ship you return prepaid
and insured. Digital Foci does not accept COD or freight-collect shipments.
Return instructions:
1. Obtain
a RMA number
To return a product for refund, please contact
us for a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number. Once issued, RMA
numbers are valid for 14 calendar days within which Digital Foci must receive
return products. Returns received after that time period may be refused.
RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued.

2. Ship the product back to us
Please prominently display the RMA number on the shipping
label of boxes containing the returned product.

We advise that you ship the product back to us via UPS or FedEx to ensure
proper delivery. We will not be responsible for items lost in transit to
our center or without a Proof of Delivery signature. It is the customer's
responsibility to retain a copy of the return tracking number in the event
of a 'lost' shipment until a credit has been issued or a replacement product
has been shipped.
3. Receive Your Refund or Replacement
Once the return is received, please allow 7-10
business days for the credit to appear on your account. Credit will be issued
to the payment method or credit card used for your original purchase only.
You will be notified via email with the appropriate tracking information
on your replacement shipment. |
