Standard Return Policy

Your satisfaction with our merchandise is important to us. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, please let us know. You may return the item purchased directly from our website to Digital Foci for a refund within 30 days of receiving your merchandise

Please read all conditions below. If conditions are not met, Digital Foci reserves the right to deny refund and return the item to customers at their own cost, or to charge a restocking fee not less than 15%. 

  • No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. See section below on how to request an RMA number and complete your return.
  • Please inspect your purchase carefully. Claims for damaged or missing items must be received within five (5) business days of receipt of merchandise.
  • All returned items must be in new condition, in original packaging, and with all components, manuals, and accessories.

Digital Foci is not responsible for personal data or items left on returned merchandise.

Digital Foci is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.

We recommend you ship via insured ground service such as USPS Priority Mail, FedEx, or UPS, with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Digital Foci is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Any shipping charge that was applied to your order and listed separately on your order invoice is non-refundable (unless the merchandise shipped was defective).

 

International Returns: We will not refund international shipping charges or any custom brokerage fees, duties, and/or taxes related to the shipment. For more information on reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact your local customs bureau. Digital Foci reserves the right to charge the payment method originally used for any costs, including taxes, duties, custom brokerage fees and shipping charges, incurred from receiving the returned merchandise.

 

How to Complete Your Return  

1. Request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your merchandise. To proceed with a return, please request a RMA number by emailing us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or call us at toll-free 888-669-3624 or 310-763-9100.  We are unable to accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number.

Please include the following information in your RMA request:

  • Name
  • Telephone number
  • Return shipping address
  • Order number
  • Order date
  • Product name / Model number
  • Product serial number
  • Reason for return

We will email you the RMA Number once your return request has been authorized.  

 

2. Ship the merchandise back to us:

Please prominently display the RMA number on the shipping label of box containing the returned product. The address to send your return to is:

Please send your product within 30 days of receiving your merchandise, or your return may be refused (unless other arrangement has been made with us).

It is the customer's responsibility to retain a copy of the return tracking number in the event of a lost shipment until a credit has been issued.

 

3. Receive your refund:

Upon receiving the returned item, we will process your return within 5 business days, at which time you will be notified by email. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not comply with the conditions stated in our return policy.

Refunds on the returned items will be issued in the original form of payment tendered at the time of purchase. Please allow 10-14 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
